Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT BY DIRECT CREDIT OR CHEQUE
If you would prefer to pay by direct credit or cheque, please contact us and we will email you an invoice. These types of payments will need to show up in our account before your order is sent.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
This store uses Stripe for payments.  Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

DELIVERY TIMES
If a product is not in stock in Adelaide it may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. If this is the case we will advise you by email. If it is in stock it should be delivered within 7 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Normal road postage via Australia Post is added at the checkout.

Shipping for boats, spars, foils, sails, trolleys, hiking benches and other bulky items will be charged at cost. If ordering these larger items or wanting an Express Post delivery please contact us to find out shipping costs to your area.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are only offered if the item is defective. Please note colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor and any colour difference is not considered a defect. You are welcome to return an item for a store credit / exchange within 5 days of receipt if it is in original condition. Please note buyer is responsible for return / re-shipping charges in the case of exchange.
